Here are features of the VST 5:

• Simple, small footprint design for single line palletizing of large format bags at a rate of 10 bags per minute.
• A stacking collar surrounding the pallet ensures the bags don’t overlap the pallet edges when stacking.
• Machine is standalone and preloaded with common pallet patterns, and new patterns can be easily added via the touchscreen.
• Each bag position can be individually positioned to create an optimal stack.
• The machine is designed to fit a common transport trailer and be set up in only a few hours. This can be easily relocated to seasonal locations if necessary.
• Many infeed/discharge configurations are available to suit specific customer layouts.
• Optional pallet dispenser and pallet handling conveyors can be added to allow the machine to operate as a fully automatic system.
• Multiple palletizers can be linked together via a single pallet handling system to allow for simultaneous stacking of multiple SKUs.
