Features

Small palletizing systems for bags/bales have a single infeed lane, dual stacking stalls and manual pallet placement
Medium palletizing systems for bags/bales have dual infeed lanes, dual-lane stacking and single pallet dispensing
Large palletizing systems for bags/bales have multiple robot systems connected to a common pallet handling system – these systems can also be linked to a carton palletizing system
Single pallet dispensers for continuous flow of pallets to robot loading area
Robot continually stacks bags/bales on pallet in loading areas – when full, pallet is released to pallet discharge conveyor
Light curtains let the full pallets of product leave while the robot continues to palletize more product
The safety fencing is to protect employees, still letting them view the robot’s operations while meeting all safety standards of local labor laws
Dual pallet dispensers can be programmed to use different pallets to fill customer requests for specific pallet type. (ie. CHEP Pallets.) (Medium palletizing systems)
Automated slip-sheet depositor will help reduce labor costs and can be programmed to deposit slip-sheet to required orders only. (Medium palletizing systems)
