Sortop Carrots is an automatic and high-performance carrot sorter that can sort any batch of carrots with maximum consistency and efficiency. Thanks to the mirror system and powerful circular lighting, each carrot undergoes a thorough 360-degree analysis at a rate up to 15 carrots per second. This reliably detects any defects, as well as grades and weighs the carrots with great precision. The software uses artificial intelligence and auto-learning to automatically adapt to each batch of carrots.
