Volmpack PDS90 Case Packer
The Volmpack PDS90 Case Packer is designed specifically with the capability to pack punnets and clamshells into cartons or trays with stacking tabs, in addition to standard open trays, RPC’s or cartons. The PDS90 can also pack two cases at once. The PDS90 is a high speed, fully automated case packing system that can integrate with your existing packing line seamlessly.
Using the PDS90 touch screen computer, you can change packing layouts easily and you are able to move between different packing lines with little disruption. With this versatility, you can have multiple packing configurations for filling trays or RPCs. The PDS90 can pack between 6 to 16 packages per case layer and can pack up to 50 packages per minute.
