Our focus is on:

• Minimization of the use of fresh water in vegetable processing thorough re-using water at varying stages through the processing line.
• Utilization of high velocity flows through pipes and equipment to keep suspended solids from settling.
• Chemical-free removal of biochemical and chemical oxygen demand, bacteria, and other pathogens.

Our three-stage process involves:

• A Micron Filter to effectively remove organic debris and large soil particles from processing water.
• A gravity-settling Mud Tower for further filtration and gravity settling of solids into a cartable format for ease of disposal.
• Electrocoagulation for chemical-free, almost potable water, suitable for use as a freshwater rinse on the processing line.
