Wicketed Mesh Bags
Volm's wicketed mesh bags offer high breathability as well as the ability to pack on automated wicketed baggers. This is achieved by a polyethylene strip on the top portion of the bag. A variety of mesh colors is available to enhance the appearance of the product inside, and a one- or two-side label can be applied. Wicketed mesh bags are in different mesh types, including CLAF, CLAF Bio Fabric™ or Ultratech™ mesh.

CLAF Bio Fabric contains 96% biobased content, which is the percentage ratio of non-fossil organic carbon. It highly exceeds the minimum standard of 25% set by the USDA Bio Preferred. Program for biobased products. It is made with resins based on sugarcane, a highly renewable resource. It is also compatible with the current polyethylene recycle stream. CLAF Bio Fabric provides a sustainable alternative to petroleum-based mesh. Ultratech Mesh is a sustainable mesh alternative that uses less material and fossil fuel in production and transportation.
